It's been almost about a week i'm dieting. First days are always the most complicated. Now i feel much better. And my stomach doesn't need to eat a lot any more. The Results will be more visible at the second week. Now i weight like - 4 kilos.
My menu is:
Breakfast: a glass of antioxidant coctail (hot water with lemon and honey)
Lunch: 100 or 200g of buckwheat
Supper: 500ml of kefir and 100g of buckwheat.
+ i drink lots of water & one cup of coffie a day
++ one day a week (sunday) i eat 500g of strawberry and 200g of greek salad (without cheese, only vegetables)
